more than a shirt

go outside started when i was taking a ton of outdoor photos and needed a separate page to post them. it was just a space to share moments outside, but it turned into something bigger. it became a reflection of how much i care about nature, sustainability, and the sense of adventure i’ve had since i was a kid. i work in solar now and the environment has always been at the center of who i am. this brand is part of that. i love trees, the color green, and that feeling of walking outside and seeing sunlight hit the leaves. it’s what makes me feel alive. this project felt real when people on campus started wearing the shirts and telling me they loved them. i printed and delivered them all myself, working with a local shop. seeing people rep it in real life was surreal. now i’m bringing it back. keeping it simple, keeping it intentional. each shirt is printed on a comfort colors tee because they hold up. i’ve had some for years and they’ve always lasted. and for every shirt sold, one dollar goes to One Tree Planted, a nonprofit that plants trees where they’re needed most. the donation is already built into the price. you buy a shirt, a tree gets planted. easy. this isn’t just about selling t-shirts. it’s about giving people something they can wear outside and feel connected to. something that feels good and means something. and if you do buy one, just know you’re also supporting ten year old me, running through the woods behind my house, playing in the creek and trying not to leave trash behind.
